Target completed demolition of 2 log cranes; 2 tree de-barkers; numerous conveyor systems resin, and wax tanks; 2 wastewater treatment systems; 3 RTO emission systems; combustible wood dust burning furnaces and storage
silos; an electrostatic precipitator, filtration baghouses, thermal/hydraulic oil piping, and a press that weighed over 1,000,000 pounds in a 40-foot pit.
- Developed work plans including demolition plans, HASP, AHAs, and abatement and waste management plans.
- Completed the project within six months, 30 days before the initially scheduled date
- Recycled 5,000,000 pounds of metals, 8,500 gallons of recycled oils, 17,300 gallons of treated oily water, 304 tons of C&D debris and removed 100 tons of sludge.
- Self-performed 88% of the total cost of this project involving dozens of various types of facilities across a 32-acre site, requiring efficient coordination and sequencing of crews and heavy equipment
