Commercial general liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence and $1,000,000 general aggregate, with additional insured status on a primary and non-contributory basis.
Business auto liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit, or $1,000,000 bodily injury each person or accident and $1,000,000 property damage each accident.
Workers compensation: statutory limits.
Certificate holder: Target Contractors, LLC, 1226 Mountain Pine Rd., Moncks Corner, SC 29461, with additional insured status and a waiver of subrogation in favor of Target Contractors, LLC and others as required by contract.

Invoicing and payment terms

Send all invoices to invoices@targetcontractorsllc.com.
Each invoice must include a trucking ticket showing the hours worked each day, signed on site by a Target representative.
Include copies of any manifests, scale tickets and load tickets for each load, showing the type of material transported and the location of disposition.
Payment terms are NET 30. Conditional lien waivers may be required before payment.
