We offer a fully operational concrete, brick, and asphalt crushing service, along with aggregate, mulch and fuel pellets sales in our DHEC-approved yard.

We offer a wide variety of trucking options with regards to material, waste and heavy equipment transportation services.

Phases of Work

Phase 1- Project Planning

  • Conduct pre-demolition assessments / surveys, verify site and building conditions, prepare/submit work plans and schedule.
  • Evaluate asset recovery opportunities.
  • Define demolition and salvage strategies.

Phase 2- Mobilization and Set-Up

  • Set up temporary facilities, site security, install E&S controls.
  • Coordinate with private utilities to complete utility disconnects.
  • Prepare temporary waste processing areas.

Phase 3- ACM Abatement, ORM Removal

  • Install environmental / personal protection controls, monitoring.
  • Abate/ remove ACM and ORM as required.
  • Transport to off-site recycling / disposal facilities.

Phase 4- Demolition & Debris Reuse/Disposal

  • Conduct structural and interior demolition.
  • Remove foundation/ piers/ slabs as required.
  • Transport metals and other materials to reuse facilities.

Phase 5- Site Restoration & Demobilization

  • Complete confirmation sampling and materials removal.
  • Achieve final site compaction and grades.
  • Conduct landscaping (e.g., loam, seed disturbed areas).
  • Remove temporary facilities, E&S controls, etc.

Execution Strategy

  • Self-perform ACM/ORM abatement, demolition, and materials processing.
  • Utilize licensed, trained workforce.
  • Leverage comprehensive project/risk maagement processes with proven
    H&S and QC procedures.
  • Ensure environmental regulations are identified during planning.
  • Define abatement/demolition strategies during initial site survey.
  • Select approaches that maximize safety, recycling and reduce cost.
  • Capture/disseminate lessons learned.

Environmental Capabilities

  • Certified asbestos/lead supervisors and workers to conduct ACM abatement and LBP removal.
  • Abatement equipment <2 years old.
  • Experience working with EPA and multiple state regulatory agencies.
  • Highly experienced regulatory specialist (Jim Rizk, CIH, CHMM).
  • 20+ HAZWOPER-trained personnel.
  • In-place relationships with analytical labs to ensure timely turnaround time.
  • In-house waste management staff and relationships with transportation and waste disposal firms.
